Egyptian AI startup BrainsMingle has successfully raised $400,000 in seed funding from BasharSoft Group, marking a significant milestone as the group’s first strategic investment following its acquisition of iCareer. Founded in 2024 by Belal Amin and Yousef Gamal, BrainsMingle is revolutionizing professional networking with its AI-driven, video-first platform that allows experts to conduct live sessions, manage bookings and payments, and foster community engagement all in one place. The funding will be utilized to enhance the platform’s capabilities and accelerate its mission of creating a global professional network powered by artificial intelligence.

The platform addresses a critical gap in the professional landscape, where experts and ambitious professionals often juggle multiple tools for networking, learning, and engagement. By providing a unified solution, BrainsMingle enables users to connect meaningfully, facilitating knowledge sharing and mentorship without the fragmentation of traditional platforms. With users from over 90 countries, the platform is already being adopted by organizations and educational institutions as a branded hub for communication and community building.

Belal Amin, Co-Founder and CEO, emphasized the platform's vision of fostering authentic human connections over mere content consumption. BasharSoft’s investment not only validates this vision but also aligns with their goal of empowering millions of professionals by 2030. Ameer Sherif, Executive Chairman of BasharSoft, highlighted the strategic importance of filling the existing gaps in knowledge sharing online, positioning BrainsMingle as a pioneering force in the evolution of professional engagement technologies.
