REACH Middle East, the regional branch of the esteemed global proptech accelerator, has officially opened applications for its second UAE-based accelerator programme, set to run from November 2026 to August 2027. The application window will close on 30 August 2026. This initiative, managed by Second Century Ventures and endorsed by the Dubai Land Department, aims to provide selected startups with essential funding, mentorship, investor access, and global networking opportunities to scale innovative property technology solutions. The accelerator is designed to support startups that are addressing real-world challenges within the real estate sector, aligning with key initiatives such as the UAE Digital Economy Strategy, the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), and the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033.
The inaugural cohort, which comprises seven proptech startups, is on track to graduate in August 2026, having achieved significant milestones including product launches, successful fundraising rounds, and notable customer growth. REACH Middle East is committed to fostering innovation in the region's $1.3 trillion real estate pipeline, providing each startup with world-class mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and access to both local and global investor communities.
Siddiq Farid, Managing Director of REACH Middle East, expressed optimism about the resilience of the regional real estate market, emphasizing the need for innovative solutions that address market demands. The programme not only supports national and Emirate-led initiatives but also collaborates with key players like the Dubai Technology Entrepreneurship Campus (Dtec) and the Dubai Future District Fund to bolster the local technology ecosystem. As the market continues to recover and grow, REACH Middle East is poised to discover the next wave of proptech talent that will drive the sector forward.
