Rentify, a proptech and fintech startup based in the UAE, has successfully raised $2 million in a seed funding round aimed at launching Earn AI, a cutting-edge artificial intelligence platform designed to streamline rental revenue management for landlords and property managers. Co-founded by Rajneel Kumar and Rashed Hareb in 2025, Rentify is transitioning from its initial focus on rental payment infrastructure to a comprehensive AI-powered operating platform tailored for the real estate market. Earn AI automates critical functions such as rent collection, tenant onboarding, payment reminders, and lease renewals, enhancing operational efficiency for its users. The recent funding round has increased Rentify's total capital raised to $2.5 million, following a $500,000 pre-seed investment completed in 2025, with backing from a consortium of investors specializing in real estate and fintech. Currently, the platform is being utilized by five enterprise clients, including prominent names like Gargash Real Estate and Arabian Acres Real Estate, which manage extensive portfolios of residential and commercial properties across the UAE. Rentify's analysis suggests that landlords and property managers could be missing out on 8% to 14% of their annual rental income due to inefficiencies in pricing and tenant management, underscoring the necessity for innovative solutions like Earn AI. The company intends to leverage the new funds to expedite the deployment of its AI platform and enhance its technological infrastructure within the real estate sector.
