Revora, the Saudi Arabia-based e-commerce AI startup formerly known as MyAlice, has successfully raised $2 million in a seed funding round co-led by i2i Ventures and Oraseya Capital. The round also saw participation from notable investors including Anchorless Bangladesh, Conjunction Capital, F6 Ventures, Hi2 Global, Orbit Startups, and strategic angel investors such as Salman Butt, co-founder of Salla. Founded in 2021 by Shuvo Rahman and Daniyal Baig, Revora focuses on creating an AI-native e-commerce operating platform that automates product recommendations, recovers abandoned carts, processes payments, and structures merchants' product catalogs for enhanced AI-powered commerce.

With operations in over 21 countries, Revora has experienced a tenfold revenue increase since pivoting its focus to Saudi Arabia and the GCC in late 2024. The newly acquired funding will primarily be directed towards scaling operations in Saudi Arabia, the company's fastest-growing market, while continuing to refine its AI platform for the evolving e-commerce landscape. Revora's AI agents are designed to alleviate the challenges merchants face in closing sales, enabling them to engage customers in their preferred dialect on platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram.

The founders emphasize that the true measure of their success lies not in the funding itself but in the tangible revenue generated by merchants using their solution. As they build a commerce graph that enhances product discoverability and sales through structured data, Revora positions itself at the forefront of the AI-driven transformation in e-commerce, aiming to redefine how businesses engage with consumers in the digital age.
