500 Global and Sanabil Investments have unveiled the 11th cohort of the Sanabil Accelerator, a program designed to nurture early-stage startups in key sectors such as artificial intelligence, fintech, and healthcare. Running from April 5 to July 1, 2026, this latest cohort comprises eight startups selected from a competitive pool of over 690 applications. The accelerator's hybrid model allowed for the first two phases to be conducted remotely, reflecting the program's adaptability to the evolving market conditions in the MENA region. The selected startups include Carevision, Emtethal, IBEA, Kami, Melon Digital, Raid AI, TPP, and Xsquare, each poised to address pressing regional challenges through innovative solutions and technology-driven approaches.

The focus of this cohort is on companies demonstrating strong operational discipline and a commitment to execution, essential qualities for success in the current economic climate. Founders participating in the program benefit from targeted mentorship, operator-led workshops, and access to both regional and global networks, culminating in a Demo Day set for July 1, 2026. Amal Dokhan, Managing Partner at 500 Global MENA, emphasized the caliber of entrepreneurs emerging from the region, noting their ability to create globally relevant businesses with robust growth trajectories.

Sanabil Investments echoed this sentiment, highlighting the importance of supporting ambitious entrepreneurs who are developing solutions critical to the long-term economic resilience of the region. The accelerator aims to provide these founders with the necessary resources, insights, and institutional backing to scale their innovations effectively. As the program prepares for its next cohort, it continues to foster a vibrant community of startups that are shaping the future of technology and business in the Gulf.
