A high-profile delegation from the Federation of Saudi Chambers of Commerce, led by Chairman Sheikh Abdullah Saleh Kamel, has wrapped up a significant five-day visit to France aimed at enhancing Saudi-French trade and investment relations. The delegation engaged in pivotal discussions at the Gulf Vision 2026 forum and the annual meeting of the Saudi-French Business Council, where they explored collaborative opportunities with French government officials and business leaders. Representing over 40 Saudi companies and investors, the delegation participated in an annual dinner hosted by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, emphasizing the importance of economic cooperation and private-sector partnerships in strategic sectors. Sheikh Kamel remarked on the evolving Saudi-French relationship, highlighting a shift towards broader collaboration that encompasses investment, innovation, energy, culture, tourism, and advanced technologies. Furthermore, during the Gulf Vision 2026 forum, Federation Secretary General Sultan Al-Musallam underscored the Kingdom's economic transformation under Saudi Vision 2030, noting that Saudi-French trade is projected to reach SR44.2 billion in 2025, marking a 7.2 percent increase, with French investments being among the largest in Saudi Arabia. This visit underscores the increasing momentum in Saudi-French economic relations and the commitment to fortifying trade and investment ties.
